“That it will never come again is what makes life so sweet.”
~Emily Bronte~
My three sons. They are sweet, they are funny, they are everything this mom could ever want in a group of rough and tumble boys!
People often talk about their children growing so fast, that they can’t believe how quickly babies and kids change and grow.
I know for myself that I have never been more aware of the passage of time since I had children!
It is a bittersweet experience being a parent but I wouldn’t miss it for the world!
I photographed this session with my boys the day before we were supposed to get a huge snowstorm.
I didn’t want to loose any of our beautiful Laramie fall scenery from the heavy, wet snow we often get from these kind of autumn storms.
Soooooo, I rounded up my boys and camera gear and headed out for a quick afternoon shoot.
The promise of a trip through Mickey D’s for Happy Meals afterward ensured at least SOME cooperation.
I am in no way above bribing my kids in exchange for pictures! It’s a win/win situation for both of us! 🙂
My youngest was fascinated with the red berries from this asparagus plant.
Don’t you just love the soft, feathery yellow background?
And here we come to the fork in the road….which way is it going to be?
The light was just gorgeous!
Here is my oldest, standing patiently for me. I am so proud of the amazing person he is and who he is becoming!
Homecoming.
Tessa, these are wonderful! The scenery is gorgeous, but putting the boys into the scene makes it magical. Love the silhouette. Great sense of peacefulness there.
Your boys are adorable!
Nice. Fun to share the adventure…
Beautiful! You will treasure these photos forever!
